What We Offer

Our Services

Comprehensive capacity-building solutions for sustainable community development

Our Expertise

Livelihood Training Programs

Comprehensive programs designed to build resilience against poverty, unemployment, and climate shocks

Agriculture & Climate-Resilient Practices

We equip rural communities with practical knowledge in crop diversification, mixed farming, livestock management, and agroforestry to promote sustainable land use. Our training extends to renewable energy adoption and community-based resource management, ensuring that households are prepared for climate shocks and able to maintain food security even in the most challenging environments.

Entrepreneurship & SME Development

Our entrepreneurship track builds foundational business skills — from developing viable business plans and managing finances to understanding value chains and accessing public-private partnership models. Participants also gain job readiness skills including CV writing and interview preparation, bridging the gap between training and employment or self-employment.

Livelihood Diversification

We help households move beyond single-income dependence by identifying alternative income sources and non-farm enterprise opportunities — from services and crafts to eco-friendly businesses. Combined with robust financial literacy training and linkages to microfinance services, participants build layered economic resilience and meaningful risk management strategies.

Vocational & Technical Skills

Through hands-on vocational training in tailoring, machine operation, carpentry, and eco-friendly production such as bamboo furniture and reusable goods, we connect participants to real market demand. Our partnerships with vocational institutions provide pathways to recognized certification, and shared workspaces with tools and machinery lower barriers to production for new graduates.

Women & Youth Empowerment

Dedicated programming for women focuses on entrepreneurship, savings culture, and SACCOs, while youth-focused modules blend digital literacy, trades, and internship pathways. Both tracks include community leadership and advocacy training, ensuring that participants are not only economically equipped but also positioned to influence their communities and create opportunities for others.

01

Self-Awareness & Psychosocial Readiness

Before any economic activity begins, participants explore their own strengths, blind spots, and growth areas through tools like the Johari Window, Wheel of Life, and Personal SWOT Analysis. This psychosocial foundation ensures that individuals enter livelihood programs with clarity, confidence, and emotional preparedness.

Vocational & Technical Skills

Participants gain market-ready competencies in tailoring, eco-friendly crafts including bamboo furniture and reusable bags, carpentry, and machine operation.
